Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a rocketing car.

On May 29, 2017, the Defendant driven the above car at around 08:50 on May 29, 2017, and came to turn to the left at the right of the large distance from the opposite post office on the one-lane road in the south-gu Busan Metropolitan City.

At all times, there is a zone where left turn is prohibited by the surface display and signboard, and the crosswalk is installed in the front side, so the driver of the vehicle has a duty of care to check whether there is a person who gets on the crosswalk by reducing speed and considering the situation of the front side and the right side traffic.

Ultimately, the Defendant suffered injury to the above victim by occupational negligence, such as cutting down the right-hand clothes, which require approximately 14 weeks medical treatment.
