Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On June 24, 2013, at around 21:55, the Defendant, without a car driver’s license, driven a B-hand car from around 4 km to the front of the Maart in the Changdong, Dobong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government to the front of the Jung-ro 28-ro, Gangnam-gu, Seoul.
