The defendant's appeal is dismissed.

1. The summary of the grounds for appeal cannot be recognized by the Defendant who is the front of the astronomical visual disorder, and the Defendant may incur damage to the victim in the course of displaying his arms in a sense of resistance to E during the dispute, but there was no intention of assault or injury to the Defendant.

In addition, the defendant was able to take a bath with the mixed-level language, not the victim's bath.

2. The following circumstances acknowledged by the evidence duly adopted and examined by the court below, namely, ① the victim, G, and H stated in the investigative agency and the court of the court below that “at the time of the instant case, the Defendant intentionally injured the victim, and expressed the victim’s face and shoulder by his hand, and expressed the victim’s desire.” The circumstances of the instant case, the location of the victim and the defendant, etc. are consistent and specific, and credibility exists; ② the victim was subject to the injury diagnosis requiring two caution treatment by visiting the J branch on the day of the instant case; ② the victim was subject to physical therapy and pharmacologic treatment after receiving physical treatment and pharmacologic treatment (Evidence No. 109 through 119 of the evidence record). In full view of the following circumstances, it can be sufficiently recognized that the Defendant intentionally injured the victim; and that he abused the victim.

Therefore, the judgment of the court below which found the defendant guilty is just, and there is no error of law by misunderstanding the facts as alleged by the defendant, and the above assertion by the defendant is without merit.

3. In conclusion, the defendant's appeal is dismissed in accordance with Article 364 (4) of the Criminal Procedure Act on the grounds that the defendant's appeal is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
