Punishment of the crime

On August 26, 2020, the Defendant reported 112 to the effect that “the Defendant fleded without paying a taxi fee” at the front parking lot of B apartment building in the Dong-dong, Dong-dong, Dong-dong, and did not pay personal information and taxi expenses to E by the police officers assigned to the D District Police Station in the Dong-dong Police Station, and assaulted the E by taking care of the reasons for the escape by drinking, on two occasions under the influence of alcohol.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties of police officers concerning the handling of 112 reported cases.
