The defendant using the defendant's mark is manufacturing and selling the product bearing each mark listed in the separate sheet No. 2, and each mark listed in the separate sheet No. 2 is used in the defendant's major disease, advertisement, soft, signboard, name box, poster, website, etc., and the color of the tenant's name was sold in the transparent branch and a copy of the novel's product.
