1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 46,350,172 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from June 11, 2016 to the day of full payment.

The Plaintiff, at the Defendant’s request, sells timber, Gohap, etc., which is construction materials, (1) from August 31, 2015 to December 31, 2015, supplied 40,963,340 won, such as Gohap, wood, etc., to the construction site of Kimpo-gun, Kimpo-si, and received KRW 25,03,820 on five occasions from September 25, 2015 to December 31, 2015; and (2) from September 30, 2015 to December 31, 2015, the Plaintiff received KRW 70,436,652 from September 30, 2015 to December 31, 2015; and (3) there is no dispute among the parties concerned over the supply of KRW 10,63,820,00 from September 30, 2015 to December 31, 2015.

According to the above facts, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff the amount of KRW 46,350,172 (i.e., KRW 40,963,340 - KRW 25,033,820 - KRW 70,436,652 - KRW 40,016,000) and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum under the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings from June 11, 2016 to the date of full payment.

Therefore, the plaintiff's claim is accepted on the ground of the reasons.
