1. The counterclaim Defendant is 20,402,680 won and the interest rate of 15% per annum from November 21, 2015 to the date of full payment.

As to the claim, the counterclaim Plaintiff leased KRW 2 million to the counterclaim Defendant, ① on May 6, 2010, KRW 10 million on December 23, 2010, and KRW 15 million on July 13, 2012, and ② paid KRW 200,000,000,000,000,000 to the counterclaim Defendant for signal violation, and KRW 3,202,680,00,000,000,000,000 won on July 13, 2012, and paid KRW 3,202,02,00,000,000,000,000 won on the part of the counterclaim Defendant, including the amount of reimbursement for the above loans and the amount of reimbursement on behalf of the counterclaim Defendant, were not presented on the date for pleading, and thus, the counterclaim Defendant did not appear on the date for pleading under Article 150 of the Civil Procedure Act.

2. The instant claim by the Counterclaim Plaintiff is with merit.
