A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

On September 19, 2018, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for the crime of obstruction of performance of official duties, violence, and obstruction of performance of official duties by the Seoul Northern District Court on May 25, 2019 and completed the execution of the sentence.

1. Crimes committed on June 9, 2019;

A. On June 9, 2019, at around 22:20 on June 22:2, 2019, the Defendant causing property damage: (a) listens to the frequency of “D’ operated by the Victim C in Seongbuk-gu Seoul, Seoul; and (b) if the air conditioners installed in the said place as a drinking and blue bow, he would make it difficult for the Victim to take part in the air conditioners so as not to operate the above Air conditioners, thereby damaging the said air conditioners in a way that the repair cost of KRW 25,00,00, which is the victim’s ownership, would be damaged; and (c) the above air conditioners, which are the victim’s ownership, would be 33,000,000, by getting off the air conditioners installed outside of the frequency and destroying them.

B. On June 9, 2019, around 22:55, the Defendant damaged public goods at the G District of the Seoul Cancer Police Station G District located in Seongbuk-gu Seoul, Seongbuk-gu, Seoul, and 1-A.

After being arrested and taken over as a flagrant offender for the same crime as described in the paragraph, the part in relation to the reception of the monitor was separated by the generation of the LUCOM computer monitors on the book, and the above monitor was not operated.

Accordingly, the defendant damaged the use of goods by public offices, thereby harming their utility.

2. On June 14, 2019, the Defendant: (a) around 14:30 on June 14, 2019, 2019, the Defendant: (b) obstructed the Defendant’s “J” operated by the Victim I who was in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul Dongdaemun-gu Seoul Ha by “h that he does not sell alcoholic beverages from the said Victim; and (c) damaged the Defendant’s vehicle by cutting two chemical parts of the total market value of the victim’s ownership at the entrance of the said restaurant, which is approximately KRW 30,000, 200, on the lower floor, respectively.
