A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

When the Defendant came to know that it was easily open to the opening of the entrance of the cell phone store, the Defendant was trying to steal the cell phone store at night by intrusioning on the cell phone store at night.

1. Night buildings, homicides and attempted larcenys;

A. On December 15, 2018, around 03:33, the Defendant: (a) opened “D” operated by the victim C located in Michuhol-gu Incheon, Michuhol-gu, Incheon; (b) opened the cell phone agent’s entrance in two hand, and did not bring a warning to the Defendant, but did not commit an attempted crime.

B. At around 01:00 on December 18, 2018, the Defendant opened a cell phone agent’s door in two hand and opened a cell phone agent’s door at around 01:00, the Defendant did not commit an attempted attempt without opening the entrance.

C. At around 02:00 on December 18, 2018, the Defendant opened the door of a mobile phone agent by putting it in double hand, but did not carry the intention on the wind, i.e., drinking and escapeing., the Defendant failed to do so.

At around 02:30 on December 18, 2018, the Defendant: (a) opened a cell phone agent’s door by putting it in two hand; (b) but did not open the entrance, and did not commit an attempted crime.

2. At night, around 03:30 on December 18, 2018, the Defendant: (a) placed the door door of the mobile phone agent in the “P” operated by the victim’s O located in Dong-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Dong-gu; (b) stolen the Defendant’s cellphone 1 unit, Q7 smartphone 1 unit, Q8 smartphone 1 unit, LV 540 smartphone 1 unit, LL 540 smartphone 8 unit, L L LL 8 unit, gallon 8 unit, gallon 9 unit, gallon X X X 1 unit, and 7,800,000 unit market prices of smartphone 7,80,000 won.
