1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 50,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from June 6, 2017 to the day of complete payment.

1. Determination as to the cause of claim

A. On February 2014, the Defendant applied for permission to operate solar power generation business (hereinafter “instant business”) to build solar power plants on the ground of 18,607 square meters (hereinafter “instant land”) prior to Seopoposi, Seoposi, Seoposi, and filed an application for permission to operate solar power generation business to operate solar power generation business (hereinafter “instant project”). At that time, the Defendant requested the Plaintiff to perform the service business necessary for the implementation of the instant project.

B) On March 21, 2014, the Plaintiff, via E Co., Ltd., prepared a survey of the current status of boundaries necessary to obtain permission for solar power generation business, and submitted it to Jeju Special Self-Governing Province. On April 7, 2014, the Jeju Special Self-Governing Province Governor licensed to operate solar power generation business to the Defendant. Following the submission of an application for the use of solar power facilities to the Korea Electric Power Corporation branch office, and on behalf of the Defendant, registered as the Defendant in the name of “Dpowered Power Station” on April 14, 2014. On April 30, 2014, the Plaintiff received a notice of payment of royalties from the Korea Electric Power Corporation branch office, and delivered it to the Defendant. 2) On May 23, 2014, the Plaintiff entered into the instant service contract with the Defendant to enter into the service contract (hereinafter “instant service contract”).
