A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Btel C, D, EtelF and Gtel H, operated a commercial sex business establishment under the trade name of “I” and “J”. K is the head of office in charge of female employees management, customer contact, management of price for commercial sex acts, etc. at the above business establishment; the Defendant, and K, along with each other, reported Internet commercial sex acts from August 2018 to December 18, 2018, and reported Internet commercial sex acts to many unspecified male customers, who found the place, to receive KRW 100,000 to KRW 150,000 in the price for commercial sex acts and received KRW 40,000 in the price for commercial sex acts, and had 10,000 (average number of female employees, 23,000), such as L (n and 40,000) employees of the above business establishment, and had them do the act of similarity in the way of harming sexual customers’ sexual intercourse.

Accordingly, the defendant conspireds with K to arrange sexual traffic for business purposes.

(the grounds for collection: the investigation report (the calculation of an additional collection charge) and the scale of the business establishment of this case, the period of business and operating income, the role and degree of participation of the defendant in the crime of this case, and the age, character and conduct, environment, motive and background of the crime of this case, means and consequence, circumstances after the crime, etc., and various conditions of sentencing specified

The defendant is at the Seoul Central District Court on November 17, 2015.
