Punishment of the crime

[criminal history] Defendant A was sentenced to imprisonment for eight months with labor for a violation of the Act on the Punishment of Acts, such as Intermediation of Commercial Sex Acts, etc. at the Seoul Southern District Court on April 22, 2016, and the probation period becomes final and conclusive on April 30, 2016, and is currently under the grace period.

[Criminal facts]

1. The Defendant, from October 1, 2015 to February 25, 2016, leased Ftel B 321, 414, 522, and 1424 of the Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Ftel B from around October 1, 2015 to around February 25, 2016, and operates a commercial sex business establishment by employing G, H, I, and J, etc. as a female sexual traffic, as the office leader, and receiving money from an unspecified number of male customers, as “K,” respectively, and allowing the said female sexual traffic to sexual intercourse.

On January 20, 2016, the Defendant: (a) paid 3 million won per month to the Haman on January 2016, 2016, to B at the mac shop L in the following cities: (b) “Once an investigation agency regulates a commercial sex business establishment, he/she will attend the meeting as a principal of the business instead of if he/she regulates the investigation agency; and (c) paid 3 million won per month to B on January 4, 2016; and (d) when the said commercial sex business establishment was controlled by the investigators belonging to the Seoul Western Police Station in the Seoul Western-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Police Station on February 4, 2016, the Defendant called “B telephone” to the police station on February 4, 2016.

On February 15, 2016, the police asked that the phone call from the police will be present at the offsite and undergo an investigation, and requested that B be present at the Gangseo Police Station located in Gangseo-gu Seoul, Gangseo-gu, Gangseo-gu, Seoul, and stated that the investigator in charge was the actual owner of the said K establishment.

The Defendant, around February 25, 2016, was under control from investigators belonging to the Seoul Regional Police Agency metropolitan investigative group around Seoul National Police Agency to operate a re-commercial sex business establishment, and the Defendant was under control by telephone to B, and the original president is not only once but also continuous.

Around March 2, 2016, the phrase "I wish to make a monthly wage", B is located in the Republic of Korea of Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government on March 13:25, 2016.
