Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 15,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On April 23, 2014, the Defendant was issued a summary order of KRW 1 million as a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act (drinking driving) at the Suwon Friwon method.

1. Violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents (Bodily Injury) is a person engaging in driving a B-learning passenger car.

On September 24, 2020, the Defendant driven the said car under the influence of alcohol content of 0.146% in blood at around 22:40 on September 24, 2020, and proceeded with the road of “D” in front of “D” in the wife population C at the permissible time.

In this case, a person engaged in driving service of a motor vehicle has a duty of care to take the front side and left side well and to accurately manipulate the steering gear and prevent accidents in advance.

Nevertheless, the Defendant was negligent in neglecting his duty while driving the vehicle in front of the instant vehicle due to the Defendant’s negligence, and the part behind the victim E (the age of 28) driving that was driven at the front of the instant vehicle was followed by the Defendant’s driver’s vehicle.

As a result, the Defendant suffered injury to the victim, such as salt, tensions, etc. in need of approximately two weeks of treatment due to such occupational negligence.

2. On the date and time set forth in paragraph 1, the Defendant was driving a B-learning car under the influence of alcohol content of about 0.146% in blood from the H’s front road in Osan City to the place set forth in paragraph 1.
