Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

On April 2, 2016, at around 10:19, the Defendant committed an indecent act by force against the victim by using the victim’s right chest as a knife with the victim D (at 19 years of age) coming from the corridor in Seongbuk-gu Seoul, Seongbuk-gu, Seoul.
