A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

In using and managing the means of access, no person of "2019 Highest 1841" shall be allowed to borrow or lend a means of access while receiving, demanding or promising any compensation therefor.

Nevertheless, on May 1, 2019, the Defendant: (a) heard the phrase “to extend the transaction performance, so as to cause the lending company’s loans; (b) changed the physical card; and (c) delivered a physical card, etc. connected to the Defendant’s B Association account (C) to the Nonparty’s account by a door-to-door delivery of bus baggage.”

As a result, the Defendant promised to provide a means of access in return for an intangible expected profit to receive future loans, and lent it to a person who is named in bad faith.

In using and managing the means of access, no person of "2019 Highest 1879" shall borrow or lend a means of access while receiving, demanding or promising any compensation therefor.

Nevertheless, on May 2019, the Defendant received a proposal that “The Defendant would have extended a loan by extending the transaction performance, so it would be possible to increase the transaction performance if there are two accounts to exchange money with each other,” and then issued one check connected to the Defendant’s post office account (D) by means of door-to-door bus baggage in Seoul Special Metropolitan City.”

As a result, the Defendant promised to provide compensation, and lent the means of access to his name in return.
