Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 1.2 million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On January 18, 2013, at around 23:19, the Defendant driven the said car in a state of drinking alcohol concentration of about 0.089% from a section of approximately 300 meters from the 71-21 to the 700th in the new IC street in Jung-gu Seoul, Seoul.
