A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
except that the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On August 7, 2015, at around 23:58, the Defendant interfered with his/her duties: (a) at the “F musical shop” in the operation of the Victim E located in Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, he/she demanded the victim to provide more alcohol after drinking and calculating alcohol with G; (b) the Defendant and G demanded the victim to return to Korea only; and (c) the Defendant and G had the victim make a bath, such as “sprinking” and “the same age for the Plaintiff,” etc., and laid the beer residues on the 3rd floor of the above week; (c) he/she laid the beer, ice, garbage, and stamped on the corridor; and (d) G had the other customers of the above main point receive more than 1 hour and 30 minutes from that time and did not calculate the value of the above act by getting the Defendant and the victim to do so.
Accordingly, the Defendant, in collusion with G, interfered with the principal operation of the victim by force.
2. On August 8, 2015, the obstruction of performance of official duties and the Defendant injured at the above main point, around 01:30 on August 8, 2015, when the victim I (Nam, 56 years of age), and J (Nam, 49 years of age), who is a police official belonging to the H District of the Seoul Gangseo-dong Police Station, called the Defendant and G, demanded an identification card, the Defendant “Is the name of the Party, Is. Is. I go off, Is. Is. Is., Is., Is., Is., “Is. Is. Is. I., I go off, Is. I., I., I., I.D.,” and G means “I. I.s. I., I.s. I., I.s. I., I.D., I., and I., I.s., I would like to restrain the victims from it, and the Defendant was sealed on the wall.
As a result, the Defendant conspiredd with G to put the victim I at an internal inception room which requires approximately two weeks of medical treatment, put the victim J into two inception rooms which require two weeks of medical treatment, and at the same time interfered with the legitimate execution of duties concerning the prevention and suppression of crimes.
