1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 51,52,940 as well as 15% per annum from August 16, 2016 to the day of full payment.

1. The Plaintiff supplied the Defendant (hereinafter “operator”) with goods, such as assembly-type power distribution teams, etc. from several years to June 30, 2016, and was not paid KRW 51,552,940 out of the price.

2. Therefore, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum from August 16, 2016 to the day of full payment, which is the date of final payment and after the delivery of a copy of the instant complaint, to the day of full payment.

For this reason, the plaintiff's claim is accepted in its entirety and it is decided as per Disposition.
