Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 10 million.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On March 31, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of four months for a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act (non-licensed driving) at the Gwangju District Court on March 31, 201, and the judgment became final and conclusive on November 3 of the same year.

On January 2016, the Defendant came to know of the victim C (n, 46 years of age) through golf meetings, and sent the victim to the victim's internal relationship until June 2017.
