On February 21, 2013, around 01:25, the Defendant driven a rash car with approximately KRW 500 meters away from the 01:0 01:25, Yongsan-gu, Yongsan-gu, Seoul to the roads before Yongsan-gu 809, Yongsan-gu, Seoul, while under the influence of alcohol concentration of approximately 0.120%.
