Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant in violation of the Road Traffic Act is a person who is engaged in driving a vehicle in CMF5.

On November 20, 2014, at around 23:40, the Defendant driven the above vehicle while under the influence of alcohol of 0.118% with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.18%, and proceeded along two-lanes of the two-lane road in front of the oil station in Western-gu, Seoan-gu, Seoan-gu, Seoan-gu.
