A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Provided, That the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment became final.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is the representative of an incorporated association C (hereinafter referred to as “C”) located in Suwon-si B from July 2010 to December 7, 2015, who exercises overall control over the funds, operation, etc. of the said C.

Based on Article 14 of the Social Enterprise Promotion Act, subsidies provided through the Suwon City, etc., which is an implementing entity, shall be paid by the implementing entity under the name of subsidies for job creation projects, professional human resources, project development expenses, etc. within a maximum of five years after selecting participants in job creation projects. The above subsidies shall be comprised of 75% of the national expenses and 25% of the local expenses, and the total project expenses shall be included in the above subsidies (1 to 20%).

C The job creation project subsidy provided by Suwon City is KRW 273,280,260, and the project development subsidy is KRW 77,200,000 during the period selected as the above preliminary social enterprise, social enterprise, etc.

In addition, based on Article 14 of the Culture and Arts Promotion Act, support is provided through the DF Foundation, a business execution institution.
