A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

On September 2016, the Defendant received a proposal from an employee in charge of the crime of Bosing “Singing” to the effect that “on the face of harming the role of remitting money by deceiving a large number of unspecified persons by deceiving them by means of false information, such as misrepresenting himself/herself,” and accepted the proposal that “on the face of harming the transfer of money from the victim, one million won to two million won per case shall be paid in return,” thereby taking charge of the remittance of the organization of the criminal act of Bosing from that time.

As above, in collusion with an employee to be engaged in the commission of the criminal act of using his/her name false phishing in collusion, the Defendant shall call to the victim C at a place where his/her place is unknown on October 11, 2016, and “Seoul Central District Prosecutor D. 1 Team D prosecutor of high-tech criminal investigation in Seoul. Party is under suspicion in relation to international financial fraud. The Defendant shall personally order the victim to be suspected of transfer of his/her account or illegal use of his/her personal name. If the Defendant fails to do so, the Defendant shall be liable for damages incurred therefrom. In order to protect a deposit without being suspected of money laundering, the Defendant shall withdraw the money deposited in the financial account and deposit the money to the Financial Supervisory Service employee. On the other hand, the Defendant shall immediately transfer the money to the account.” The Defendant shall instruct the victim to withdraw 370,000 won from his/her account to the victim’s account, and the Defendant shall withdraw the money from the said 700,000 won to his/her own employees and shall withdraw the money to the said 717,700,00,0,00,0,00.
