Reasons
Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, as the operator of the “I” located in Gangseo-gu Busan Metropolitan Government H, did not register the business of extracting aggregate and report on the selection of aggregate to the competent authority, and sold the aggregate of 10,404 cubic meters of sand, which was divided into the line to the line with the construction site of the Gangseo-gu Incheon Metropolitan Government, for the area of approximately KRW 2578 square meters from November 9, 2016 to January 17, 2017, to be equipped with the facilities, such as one set of a line and two set of a line in the area of approximately 2578 square meters from the above I, and sold the aggregate of 10,404 cubic meters of sand, which was divided into the line to the line, to be supplied by the implementer
