Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

No person shall gambling using any act of offering property or property benefits to persons who win the result of sports promotion by issuing voting rights or a similar things to the Korea Sports Promotion Foundation or a person who is not an entrusted business entity.

On July 13, 2017, the Defendant visited “B”, a private gambling site, at a place where a place is unknown, and wired KRW 150,000 to the account of our bank (Account Number: 10058030301968) under the name of the country where the said site is operated, and transferred KRW 150,000 to “sports money”. In estimating the result of the sports competition conducted on the said site, if the said money is left together, if it is difficult to receive dividends in accordance with the fixed dividend rate, and if it is difficult to receive dividends, the method of the said site operator’s possession and the reduction or commencement of the number of ladderss, the Defendant did not receive about KRW 1.95 times the money as dividends, and if he did not charge the said money to the account of the said site from around 100 to July 17, 200, the Defendant collected the money in total from around 30 days to 30 days to 10 days to July 17, 2019.
