A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.

Punishment of the crime

From around 2006, the Defendant was a person who has made an investment in a futures in a personal gift. From around 2011, the Defendant: (a) came to know from Aju University, Hanyang University Cdongbook, and each type of gift, and (b) came to know of a stable profit by performing a gift option; (c) the principal is guaranteed; and (d) the return on profit at a certain level is guaranteed.

The defendant's horses were false, and the person who believed the defendant's horses began to make investment in the defendant from that time.

1. On June 11, 2014, the Defendant: (a) received KRW 100 million from the Defendant’s foreign exchange bank account (Account Number F) under the Defendant’s name on the first 15th day of the same month; (b) received KRW 150 million from the Defendant’s 150 million from the Defendant’s cambling of securities to the Defendant’s cambling of KRW 150 million; (c) received from the Defendant’s cambling of securities to the Defendant’s cambling of KRW 150 million; and (d) received from the Defendant’s cambling of KRW 150 million from the Defendant’s cambling of securities to the Defendant’s cambling of KRW 150 million to the Defendant’s cambling of securities to the Defendant’s cambling of KRW 1500 million to the Defendant’s camb.

However, the defendant did not pay profits through futures investment.
