Reasons

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents (hereinafter “Special Cases Concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents”).

On October 27, 2016, the Defendant driven the above 08:25 on the road of 08:25, and turned the front of the road of 20 km in the south-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu.
