A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

1. The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving service of a motor vehicle from which he/she is detached, in violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes, violation of the Road Traffic Act, and violation of the Road Traffic Act;

On May 18, 2015, the Defendant did not obtain a driver’s license of a motor vehicle around 05:00, and the Defendant driving the said motor vehicle into the intersection without obtaining a driver’s license of a motor vehicle, and driving the said motor vehicle at the front direction of the D located in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, by driving at the department store at the modern sea level.

No one shall drive a vehicle without a driver's license, on the other hand, since the vehicle is an intersection where the vehicle is traveling across one another, there was a duty of care to check whether a person engaged in driving service is a vehicle crossing by reducing the speed or temporarily suspending the vehicle.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected to do so and proceeded on the left side of the proceeding direction, and received the front part of the vehicle driving by the Defendant, following the top string of the G rocketing taxi vehicle, which was driven by the victim F (65 years old) who was driven on the right side of the proceeding direction, as the front part of the vehicle driving by the Defendant.

Ultimately, the Defendant, by negligence in the course of performing the above duties, sustained injury to the victim, such as salt, tensions, etc. of a trend requiring approximately two weeks of medical treatment, and escaped without immediately stopping the damaged vehicle and taking necessary measures, such as providing relief to the damaged person, even though the damaged vehicle caused damage requiring KRW 1,68,598, such as fishing exchange, etc.

Defendant 1 violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) without obtaining a driver’s license on the said day at the same time, and driving of the said vehicle at approximately 2 km on the road located in Ulsan-gu, Busan-dong, Busan-dong, the department store located near the department store through the above accident site from the Do near the department store to the “I” road located in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu.
