A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents (Bodily Injury) by the Defendant is a person engaging in driving a motor vehicle B.
On September 20, 2018, the Defendant driven the said car at a speed of 5:05, and driven the road of 6-lanes in front of the Daegu Western-gu C, Daegu-gu, at a speed of one-lane from the distance of death at the port of the Republic of Korea to which it is impossible to identify one-lane.
