Facts of recognition

Therefore, since the defendants are joint tortfeasors in relation to the accident of this case, they are obligated to pay damages to the plaintiff who paid the whole damages to the plaintiff.

Judgment

The accident site of this case seems to be practically difficult to control pedestrians as a housing site development project area.
