1. The plaintiff

A. Defendant B: (a) on February 18, 2008, on real estate indicated in the separate sheet No. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6; (b)

1. Basic facts

A. In accordance with the Act on Special Measures for the Registration, etc. of Ownership of Real Estate (Act No. 4502, Act No. 4502, which was in force in 195 (hereinafter referred to as the "Special Measures Act"), the Plaintiff registered the ownership transfer on May 5, 1984 with respect to the real estate listed in the attached Table No. 1, 6, 7, 9, 10 among the real estate listed in the attached Table No. 4502 (hereinafter referred to as the "real estate of this case"), and registered the ownership transfer on June 13, 1995.

B. Defendant B transferred the ownership registration on June 25, 1995 with respect to the real estate attached Table 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6 pursuant to the Special Assistance Act, Act No. 7500 in force in 2007, as the receipt of the Gwangju District Court’s registration No. 27072 on February 18, 2008.

C. Defendant B registered the transfer of ownership in the name of Defendant D (representative B; Defendant B; Defendant 3 clan) as the receipt of the same registry office on February 18, 2008 on the grounds of the donation on June 18, 1995 with respect to the attached Table 7, 8, 9, and 10 real estate in accordance with the same Act.

On April 10, 2013, on May 30, 2013, the registration of the transfer of ownership was made under the name of No. 8622 of the receipt of the registration office of the Gwangju District Court on May 30, 2013 with respect to the real estate attached 9,10 to Defendant C’s clan (the representative of Defendant B’s Dong E; Defendant 2’s clan).

E. Defendant 3’s clan completed the registration of establishment of a new establishment of a new family as of February 18, 2008, No. 27073, which was received on February 18, 2008, the registration of establishment of a new family as of February 18, 2008, the registration of establishment of a new family as of February 18, 2008, the registration of establishment of a new family as of February 18, 2008, and the registration of establishment of a new family as of April 25, 2008, the registration of establishment of a new family as of April 25, 2008.

2. The parties' assertion

A. The Plaintiff’s assertion that the real estate of this case was owned by the Plaintiff’s literature. Defendant B sold the real estate of this case from the Plaintiff on June 25, 1995 or donated on June 18, 1995.
