A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four years.

One paper (No. 2) for the purpose of seizure shall be confiscated from the accused.

Criminal facts

On September 13, 2006, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of one million won for a violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (Kameras, Use and Screening of Cameras, etc.) by the Daegu District Court.

1. Violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes;

A. The Defendant was aware of the existence of female dormitories in D High Schools in Daegu-gun, Daegu-gun, the neighboring dwelling area, and tried to rape against female students.

Accordingly, the Defendant carried a door room, which is a dangerous object in the Defendant’s house room, for his/her use in cases where female students resist. On May 20, 2014, around 02:15, the Defendant went through a chair and a building, etc., located under the above D High School Women’s Dormitory wall, going up to two floors, and intruded into the above dormitory 201 room where the door was open and the door was closed.

The Defendant entered the beds of the above 201 room, and was divingd on the second floor below the bedrooms of the second floor, and she walked the victim E (n, 18 years old) with her hand, and rhumbbbbbbbbbs. B. On June 14, 2014, the Defendant: (a) went to the rooftop on the second floor of a house located in Daegu-gun F, a place of residence; (b) on the second floor of the household located in the Daegu-gun F, a place of residence; (c) reported a mixed television.

The elderly and the elderly, who are easy to suppress resistance, have been able to rape.

On June 15, 2014, the following day, at around 23:50 on June 15, 2014, the Defendant opened a two-story shock network of the said victim’s house and intruded into the said house, and locked at the inside of the said house.
