1. The Plaintiff (Counterclaim Defendant) is fully paid KRW 90,00,000 to the Defendant (Counterclaim Plaintiff) and its payment from October 13, 2016.

A principal lawsuit and a counterclaim shall be deemed simultaneously.

1. Basic facts

A. The Plaintiff is a company established for the purpose of acting as an agent for the business of a regional housing association, and the Defendant is a regional housing association established pursuant to the Housing Act to promote a housing construction project (hereinafter “instant project”).

B.
