A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date of the final judgment.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around February 10, 2014, the Defendant violated the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (a collective action, deadly weapons, etc. causing damage, etc.) 50,000 won in the market price of the victim as a deadly weapon ( approximately 30 cm in length, approximately 20 cm in length) on the ground that he/she had another woman in the age club, etc. at the victim D’s house located in Suwon-gu Busan Metropolitan City C 307 around 21:30 on February 10, 2014. Around 30, the Defendant, at the victim’s home, who was in a relationship with the victim, saw the victim as a deadly weapon ( approximately 30 cm in total length, approximately 20 cm in length), 10,000 won in the market price, 120,000 won in the market price, and 120,000 won in the market price.

Accordingly, the defendant carried a deadly weapon and damaged the victim's property market price of 10.60,00 won.

2. 폭력행위등처벌에관한법률위반(집단ㆍ흉기등상해), 폭력행위등처벌에관한법률위반(집단ㆍ흉기등재물손괴등) 피고인은 제1항 기재와 같은 날 23:00경 제1항 기재 장소에서, 피고인의 제1항 기재와 같은 행위로 인해 피해자 D(31세)의 신고를 받고 출동한 경찰관들이 ‘연인관계의 일이므로 둘이서 조용히 해결하겠다’는 취지의 피고인의 말을 듣고 철수하자, 피해자가 경찰에 신고를 했다는 이유로 화가 나 부엌에 있던 위험한 물건인 과도(전체길이 약 20cm, 칼날길이 약 10cm)를 손에 들고 피해자를 향해 찌를 듯이 흔들고, 발로 바닥에 앉아 있는 피해자의 얼굴 부분을 걷어찼으며, 이에 바닥에 넘어진 피해자의 가슴 부위를 수차례 발로 밟았다.

The Defendant continuously demanded the victim to change the credit card to compensate for the damaged Defendant’s shoulderer and sold wastes in the course of making a ditch as above, and the victim refused to do so, and the victim destroyed and damaged the shock risk, the market price of which cannot be known on the part of the victim.

Accordingly, the defendant carrying dangerous articles and the victim needs to be treated for about 21 days.
