1. The plaintiff, defendant B, D, F, G, H, I, J, K, M, P, P, R, T, U, W, X, Y, Z, AAB, AC, AF, AH, AJ, AJ, AL, N, and AO.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. On December 1, 1958, the Defendant Republic of Korea completed the registration of ownership transfer on the Dong-gu Daejeon District AV v. 112.1 square meter (hereinafter “the instant land”). After several times, the registration of ownership transfer was completed as of December 1, 1958, and the registration of co-ownership is completed as shown in the column of “Attachment 2 List” as of the date of closing argument of the instant case as of the date of closing argument.
B. AW, AX, AY, and AZ have already died before the filing of the instant lawsuit among the equity right holders (entry in the register) in the attached Table 2 list, and their heir and share of inheritance are as follows:
1) AW (Death on August 25, 1985): AY (Death on August 11, 1986): Inheritance [Article 1002 and Article 1009(1) of the former Civil Act (amended by Act No. 4199, Jan. 13, 1990) 2) AX (Death on November 15, 201), the spouse of the defendant W, X, Y, Z, AB, AB, and C, in the inheritance of 1/7: The final inheritance of the defendant BA, BB, BC, and Q, each of which is the spouse, 3): AY (Death on August 11, 1986): BD, children of the spouse, the defendant R, the defendant R, AS, 3/8, and 2/8, and the final inheritance of the defendant AD under the former Civil Act (amended by Act No. 4199, Nov. 16, 199; the inheritance of the defendant AR) 1013/16/10.
(4) AZ (Death on June 18, 2010): The inheritance of Defendant AU and AT, each of whose children, shall be the inheritance of each of the first /2 shares of inheritance.
C. In addition, E and Q died during the course of the instant lawsuit among equity right holders (entry in the register) recorded in the attached Table 2 list, and the relationship between inheritance and acceptance of lawsuit is as follows.
1) E (Death on June 15, 2015): Defendant F, G, H, I, and J, each of their children, inheritance 2) Q (2) Q (Death on January 6, 2016): T and U, each of their children, succeed to the inheritance of 1/3 of their respective shares, and the inheritance of children R and S, each of their respective shares of inheritance of 1/6.
On the other hand, on May 18, 2015, Defendant AG completed the registration of transfer of shares on the instant land to Nonparty BF on the ground of sale.
