Defendant

A is the chairperson of the F Cleanup Promotion Committee and the person who acts as the director of the F Cleanup Promotion Committee, and the defendant B, C, and D is the person who acts as the member of the F Cleanup Promotion Committee as the foundation.

F was divided into 10 p.m. after G’s death, and part of F-do F-do established the Cleanup Promotion Committee under the pretext of innovation of such division.
