A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On March 28, 2018, the Defendant: (a) on March 28, 2018, had a motor vehicle registration number plate of B et al. he was kept in custody; (b) in order to operate the motor vehicle, he voluntarily manufactured the motor vehicle registration number plate and attached it to the motor vehicle.

2. On January 13, 2019, the Defendant: (a) operated a forged motor vehicle registration number plate, as described in paragraph (1), with attached it to the front circuit of the motor vehicle owned by the Defendant, from the cream distance of 1271, Seo-gu, Daejeon, Seo-gu, Daejeon, Seo-gu.

Accordingly, the defendant exercised a motor vehicle registration number, which is a symbol of a forged public office.
