Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 6,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On December 27, 2006, the Defendant was issued a summary order of KRW 1 million for a crime of violating road traffic law (drinking driving) at the Gangnam Branch of the Chuncheon District Court, and a summary order of KRW 1 million for the same crime at the Incheon District Court on August 12, 2008, respectively.

On April 20, 2016, the Defendant driven B rocketing car under the influence of alcohol content of 0.138% in blood from approximately 500 meters to the front of the shooting distance of the New Apartment House from the 26 U.S. Hampo City to the 26 U.S. Manpo City.
