Punishment of the crime

On October 2, 2014, at around 01:13, the Defendant: (a) committed assault on the street in front of Ansan-si B, which was 112, and was locked on the roadway and India, and was called out, and received a report, the Defendant obstructed the police officer’s legitimate performance of duties concerning the handling of 112 reports by committing assaulting the police officer E (the age of 31) from the police officer E (the age of 31) affiliated with the Ansan-gu Police Station of Ansan-gu, who was called out after receiving a report.
