A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

1. 2. On June 3, 2017, the Defendant made a false statement to the victim F who contacted the Defendant’s residence, stating that “The Defendant would sell contact diskettes in KRW 1.50,00,00” posted on the Defendant’s middle and high-ranking carpets.

However, in fact, even if the defendant did not have a tweet to the victim, and even if he received the payment from the victim, he did not have the intent or ability to sell the above tweet to the victim because he had the purpose of using it as a sports soil fund.

The defendant deceivings the victim as above, and he acquired 150,000 won from the victim to the former North Bank Account under the name of the defendant on the same day.

On the early 2017, the Defendant posted a letter stating that he/she sold crona (e.g., e., e., e., e., G) to the Internet NA, and reported it to the victim H, who called “390,000 won, to send 35,000 crona (e.g., e., e., e., e., e., e., e., g., c., 39,000 won from the person who believed it, on May 30, 2017.
