Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. 폭력행위 등 처벌에 관한 법률위반( 공동 폭행) 피고인은 2016. 1. 3. 10:10 경 서울 강남구 B에 있는 C 주점 앞 노상에서, 일행인 성명 불상자와 함께 길을 가다, 행인인 피해자 D(27 세) 이 자신들을 쳐다보았다 고 시비되어, 성명 불상자와 함께 피해자에게 달려들어 머리채, 멱살을 잡아 당기고 발로 피해자의 몸을 걷어 찼다.

Accordingly, the defendant assaulted the victim jointly with his name-free person.

2. On the same day as the preceding paragraph, the Defendant continued to catch the victim’s hair, 10 times the victim’s face, head, etc. in drinking, rash the victim’s head, and strokeed the victim’s head with rubber stroke, and suffered injury, such as brain stroke, which requires treatment for about 21 days.

3. Around the day specified in the Punishment of Minor Offenses Act, the Defendant was arrested by the police officer affiliated with the E police box for the above assault case, and committed an act of disturbance, such as committing an act of disturbance, under the influence of alcohol, such as “I am feas, I amfas, I amfas, I amfas, I amfas, I amfas, I amfas, I amfas, and I am to die.”
