Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Joint criminal conduct by Defendant A and Defendant B
A. Special larceny Defendants conspired to steal cash, etc. from a parked taxi.
Accordingly, the Defendants came to the parking lot located in Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government F from 00:00 to 04:00 on July 8, 2013, and between 00:00 to 04:00 on the same day, and the Defendant A reported the network, and Defendant B destroyed the back glass of HYF YFIS cab parked by the victim G, and brought 25,000 won and one black box box owned by the victim in the above taxi.
As a result, the Defendants committed a theft of another's property jointly.
B. On July 8, 2013, from around 04:00 to 05:00 of the same day, the Defendants continued to discover KNF Hayna taxi parked in the parking lot of the Guro-gu Seoul International Building from the victim J, and Defendant A reported the network, and Defendant B attempted to steal the property located in the taxi after destroying the back glass window of the said taxi in the above manner, but did so with an attempted escape by playing on the back side of the person in the surrounding area.
2. Defendant A and the Defendant conspired with L, M, N, andO to steal another’s property together with L, M, N, andO, and then Defendant B lent the PJD car from Kimpo-si, Kimpo-si, Jeonpo-si, Jeonpo-si, Jeju Jeju Jeju Jeju-si, and black the subject.
At around 04:50 on July 18, 2013, the Defendant attempted special larceny: (a) around 04:50, the Victim R in Q Q in the Gyeonggi Kimpo-si operated by the Defendant, M, N, andO, to sit in the said car and to see the network; (b) L, on the ground that he laid off the front glass of the said Sckima on two occasions on the ground that it was strengthened glass, but went away from the wind.
B. Special larceny Defendant continues to be operated by the victim U in Gyeonggi-si from around 05:09 on July 18, 2013 to 05:30 on the same day.
