Defendant shall be punished by a fine of four million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be the day.

Punishment of the crime

On November 7, 2018, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol at 0.177% on blood alcohol level around 19:00, driven approximately 1.3 meters after parking the C Dok Dok Dok Road, which is one of the four lanes in front, Yong-do, Yong-do, one of which is one of the four lanes in front, Yong-gun, Yong-gun, Seoul.
