A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On April 27, 2013, at around 13:30, the Defendant driven Bone Star Cor without obtaining a driver’s license from approximately 50 meters section from the front of the annual middle distance, which is located at the beginning of the Sinnam City, to the front of the entrance of the multi-purpose village located on the same side.
