The plaintiffs' claims against the defendants are dismissed in entirety.
The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the plaintiffs.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The plaintiff A is the spouse of the deceased K (hereinafter "the deceased"), and the rest of the plaintiffs are the children of the deceased.
B. Defendant D Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “D”) is a corporation whose business purpose is real estate sale and purchase, sale, agency business, etc., Defendant E is the representative director of Defendant D, Defendant G is the auditor, Defendant H and I are respective inside directors, and Defendant F and J are the employees of Defendant D.
C. On June 5, 2017, the Deceased purchased KRW 694 square meters of Lan Forest in the name of the Deceased on July 26, 2017 as the introduction of Defendant F, and on June 5, 2017, on the purchase price of KRW 370,00,000,00, the deceased completed the registration of ownership transfer on the said real estate under the name of the Deceased on July 26, 2017. On January 6, 2018, the deceased purchased KRW 236,00,000 in the purchase price of KRW 466 square meters in the name of the Deceased on July 5, 2017, and completed the registration of ownership transfer on the said real estate on February 27, 2018 under the name of the Deceased on trade on January 6, 2018.

Of the instant real estate, the appraised value of 694 square meters of Lan Forest in Gyeongbuk-do, Gyeonggi-do, and the 355,120,000 square meters at the time of July 10, 2017.

2. Although Defendant D, F, and J, the plaintiffs alleged that the development of the instant real estate was practically impossible, they deceiving the deceased to undertake the development project, such as the creation of an apartment complex, and sold the instant real estate at a price lower than the market price at the time. The deceased sold the instant real estate to the deceased.
