A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On July 26, 2017, the Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (Intrusion into public places for sexual purposes) entered the save room connected to the shower room with the mind that he/she wants to hear the sound of a woman in front of the shower room in C’s second floor swimming pool underground in the C General Social Welfare Center, located in B, around July 26, 2017.

Accordingly, the defendant invadeds on public places to satisfy his sexual desire.

2. On October 25, 2017, around October 25, 2017, the Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (Intrusion into public places for sexual purposes) entered the straw room connected to the shower room with the mind that he wanting to hear the sound of the woman’s shower in front of the shower room in C’s 2nd underground of the General Social Welfare Center in B around October 25, 2017.

Accordingly, the defendant invadeds on public places to satisfy his sexual desire.

3. On March 15, 2018, at around 22:50 on March 15, 2018, the Defendant affected a structure: (a) entered the second floor emergency entrance of a female bath immediately adjacent to a female bath through stairs to hear sound that women show.

Accordingly, the defendant intruded on the building managed by others.

Article 62(1) of the Criminal Act on the suspension of execution (the confession and reflect of the defendant, the fact that there is no punishment imposed by the defendant exceeding the fine, and the defendant has agreed that only the victim of the crime of intrusion into a structure and the victim shall be punished against the defendant.
