A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

On April 22, 2010, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for larceny in the Gangnam Branch of the Chuncheon District Court on April 22, 2010, on April 1, 2015, and on June 15, 2015, the same court sentenced ten months to imprisonment with prison labor for larceny, etc., and on June 15, 2016, on December 31, 2016, the Defendant completed the execution of the final sentence in the Gangnam Branch prison.
