Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Bodily Injury resulting from Dangerous Driving) is a person engaged in driving a B K5

On June 7, 2020, the Defendant was under the influence of 06:20% of blood alcohol level 0.126%, and was straighted in the direction of “D’s four-lanes near Jeju city,” from the direction of “Neno-type” to “Neno-type.” On June 7, 2020, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol level 0.126%, and was under the direction of “h” at the entrance of the monthly calculated waterside.
