Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

At around 18:05 on November 7, 2015, the Defendant: (a) heard that the victim F.I.D., who f., f., was under mixed drinking alcohol within the 'D' located in Ansan-si, Ansan-si; (b) f.i.e., one’s own land of E and drinking on the table table; (c) f.i., one’s head f., the victim f., who was under mixed drinking alcohol, f.e., one’s own land of E and drinking on the table; (d) f., one’s head f., a dangerous object on the table that the victim was seated, caused the victim’s head f., and caused the victim to undergo approximately two-day medical treatment.

The Defendant committed the instant crime, even though the reason for sentencing under Articles 53 and 55(1)3 of the Criminal Act for discretionary mitigation was under suspension of execution due to the same type of crime. However, the Defendant agreed with the victim prior to the instant indictment, and the said victim does not want the Defendant’s punishment, and other circumstances, including the Defendant’s age, family relationship, Defendant, and his/her family members, shall be determined within the scope of the following sentencing criteria.
