The reasoning of the court's explanation of this case is as stated in the reasoning of the judgment of the first instance, except where the plaintiff added the following judgment as to the assertion that the court of first instance has re-writtened in this court. Thus, it is acceptable in accordance with the main sentence of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act

The plaintiff's assertion of addition was that I, a seller, requested the defendant who is a licensed real estate agent, to sell KRW 2.6 million per ordinary day, and the defendant notified the plaintiff as the buyer of the price of KRW 2.7 million per ordinary day without knowing such circumstances or confirming the accurate sale price requested by the seller, and caused the plaintiff to incur property damage by intention or negligence, such as having the plaintiff purchase KRW 2.7 million per ordinary day.

According to the facts stated in the judgment of the court of first instance and the evidence evidence Nos. 11 and 15, a seller wants to pay brokerage commission in the purchase price after he sold at a price higher than 2.6 million won in consideration of brokerage commission. At the time of conclusion of the purchase and sale contract on January 2, 2018, a seller made a contract with I and I for the purchase price of KRW 1.22,39 million in the presence of I and I L, and I and I for the purchase price of KRW 1.22,39 million in the presence of Nam N, (total 4.57 x average 2.7 million in building removal cost - one million in building removal cost) and such purchase price was calculated on the basis of the average 2.7 million won per annum, I paid the purchase and sale price of KRW 2.65 million in the purchase price to the Plaintiff or O on January 3, 2018 and KRW 2.465 million in the purchase price of each of the above real estate to be paid to the Plaintiff and the Busan District Court.
